As people say, Internet made our life easier. I really feel it today.
I talked with my friend Natsumi living in the US on Skype this morning (It was Sat night over there.), and tonight, I talked with my Korean friend HeeSun on msn.
Even though we live in different countries, we can talk.
I miss them so badly, but I feel close to them after hearing their voice. I wanna see them though!
Differences
Every person is different, so there is a meaning by working in a team more than working individually.
That is what I thought recently when I talked with two other assistants of the same team.
One is familiar with financial products having long sales experiences.
Another one has a good sense for risk management.
And me? People say I have experienced broad types of transactions and know how to proceed them. They even told me I work like a bulldozer because I always need to take care of many transactions at the same time! LOL
We laughed taking about how we are different…
Our personalities are different.
Our lives are different.
Our experiences are different.
That is why we can share our knowledge and gain new idea from each other. We can also help each other. Then things go better.
Great team work comes from individual difference.
