Internship-Mistake-

If the time comes when I train someone on a job, I want him/her to feel the same way as I do.

I sometimes make a mistake while I am working; however, my boss and other staff do not get mad at me. Instead, they give me ideas and solutions to carry out the work more smoothly.

They told me not to be afraid of making mistakes and added that people learn from the mistakes.

Thank you for training me and allowing me to make mistakes. BUT I should not repeat the mistakes! Right?

You have a good boss and staffs, don't you?

Your boss said,
"Don't be afraid of making mistakes and added that people learn from the mistakes."

I think so, too.
And we shouldn't do same mistake.

Yesterday, I had a part time job, too.
And I got a phone.
She is insider of my company.
I cannot understand what she wants to do.
Then I ask again what kind of matter she has, in order to avoid doing musical chairs.
I wanted to know about the detail,
because I did't know that who is the exact person who can solve her problem.

And she said,
"Are you a part-timer?
It makes no indifference to me,
but I wanna talk with except for YOU!!"
(It is very difficult to say in English.)

I was surprised!!
I thought there are so many kind of persons in the world...

When it comes to making any mistake and learing from these experiences, I totally agree with the idea. I made a tons of mistakes through my life, but evey single experience gave me some lessons. I belilive, It even made me a stronger and smarter perosn.

Yes, I do. I am lucky because there are tons of organizations and companies here in Tokyo but I happened to find the company and got hired.

It is hard to handle phone calls, isn’t it? I have watched the video about making good connection on the phone. The woman in the video was great at answering any phone call. I was impressed.

Let’s work together to handle phone calls!

Same as me. I made mistakes in my life, but I always learned something from the experiences.

So, have you already gone to Seattle? I hope you have a great time while you are there. I look forward to sharing each story of our trips!
