Surprise from Germany
When I came back home and opened the post, I found a little package with a lot of stamps!
It was from my host family living in Hamburg. There were a card, their kids’ pictures and photo book of Hamburg city.
The kids, Karolin and Julia have been growing. When I met them at the first time, they were so little. Little sister Julia was just born at the time!
And the photo book… that was a really thoughtful gift for me. It reminds me of the city, people and memories.
Thank you so much for sending them to me from Germany. I’m missing you and thinking of you.
